ADDY: C/O IslandersEl Nino was drafted 5th overall by the Islanders in the 2010 Draft. The Portland Winterhawk product has been tearing it up as of late in the AHL with 13 points in 11 games for the Sound Tigers. Nino had a rough Rookie season though. Some can argue it was due to the Islanders Organization brought Niederretier up before he was ready and also who he was playing with on his line. I see Nino to continue ripping it up in the AHL until the lockout is lifted where he will join the NHL club. Nino's numbers should climb considerably from his Rookie Year in the NHL. He is a great scoring talent and will continue to show it as he learns to grow at the NHL level.
