Rod Brind'Amour (2-2)
RECEIVED: 7-27-12
TOTAL DAYS: 157
ADDY: C/O Canes
The 9th overall selection of the 1988 NHL draft by the St. Louis Blues was Rod Brind'Amour. Rod was a one time All-Star game participant in 1992 and the Frank J. Selke (Defensive Skill) Trophy winner in 2006 and 2007. In 2006 Rod was the Captain of the Carolina Hurricanes where he lead them to a Stanley Cup Championship with 18 points in 25 games with lighting the lamp for 12 of those points. Rod in his 20 Seasons at the NHL level did get to the 1000 games played and 1000 points level during his career. Rod who works for the Canes now, the organization that retired his number 17. He signed both of my cards (for the SET!) in black sharpie. A great return from Mr. Brind'Amour.
